Laundry Care

To wash the apparel separately, do not soak, no bleach product may be used, hand wash cold, and rinse it out quickly. No detergent should be used for first wash. As the apparel consists of colourblock detailing, kindly do not soak during wash. Recommended to rinse & hang dry. The fabric material will not colour run, however excessive soaking / strong use of detergent (eg Dynamo/TOP) may cause the fabric content to be altered.

SHIPPING 

STANDARD COURIER - (registered/traceable)

We ship locally via Roadbull Logistics. An additional standard subsidized fee of S$2.00 regardless of the amount of items. Delivery period is estimated to be within 1-3 working days after dispatch from our warehouse. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

In the event if you have a backorder item in the order, the dispatch will be on hold until the stocks arrive. You can also choose to have the in-stock item/s mailed first; the option is available at the checkout page.

Steps to track your parcel:

• Go to roadbull.com
• Click on “Track your Order” Button at the homepage
• Key in your tracking number (RB_NML*ordernumber*), for example RB_NML152321

Our courier delivers from 9am to 10pm, from Monday to Saturday. Should there be a failed delivery, customer can reschedule another delivery slot with the courier company. After 2 failed attempts of delivery, the parcel will be returned to NM, and customer will be charged for a re-delivery.

** For self collection, kindly wait for a collection confirmation email from us before heading down to collect. It usually take 1-2 working days for the parcel to be ready. If you have special/urgent request, you may write in to us and we will try our best to cater to your request/s.

We offer international shipping worldwide, with trackable and secure delivery.

Malaysia orders will be charged a standard fee of $5, complimentary for $100 & above billing. (doorstep delivery, within 7-10 working days; delivery may be delayed during festive period/holiday season).

Worldwide orders may be shipped via UPS, SimplyPost, Airpak, DHL Global mail or Singapore post.
