PAYMENT METHODS

Internet Banking/ATM Transfers

We accept payment via DBS/POSB/OCBC/UOB Internet Banking and DBS/POSB/OCBC/UOB ATM Transfer. This has to be done within 24 hours upon checkout. 

For ATM transfers, please scan/take a picture of your receipt and attach it to the e-mail when reverting to us your payment details.

You can also make payment via your PayPal account. All transaction charges by PayPal are fully borne by us.

DELIVERY

 

NORMAL MAIL

Normal postage is complimentary by Neonmello.  It is handled by Singpost. Normal parcels usually arrive within 2-4 working days, but may take up to 5 working days from the shipped date, excluding public holidays. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control. Do not that we do not provide Certificate of Posting (COP) as it incurred additional charge and manpower/time to process it. If you require a COP, kindly notify us in advance at the time of your order. 

Neonmello will not be responsible for any loss mails under any circumstances. As such, trackable posting is advised to have your package reach you safely.

STANDARD COURIER - (registered/trackable) - Via ROADBULL (http://www.roadbull.com)

Registered mail involves an additional standard charge of S$2.00 regardless of the amount of items. Registered packages usually arrive within 1-3 working days, excluding public holidays. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

In the event if you have a backorder in the order, the package would be on hold & dispatch only when all items are fulfilled. Should you wish to have the available item/s first, you may select the option from the delivery method. The backorder item/s would be dispatched via Singpost normal mail by default. Do write in to us (contact@neonmello.com) if you wish to alter the shipping method. 

You will receive the registered article tracking number (RA NO) after the parcel has been dispatched for the convenience of allowing you to track the status of your parcel. Should there be a misdelivery, Roadbull will get in touch with you to arrange for a re-delivery.

The studio is open for self-collection only on Monday 3-8pm, not including Public Holidays or unless mention so. We are closed on all other days. 
Exchange cases will be catered to during the opening hours.

** For self collection, kindly wait for a collection confirmation email from us before heading down to collect. It usually take 1-2 working days for the parcel to be ready. If you have special/urgent request, you may write in to us and we will try our best to cater to your request/s.
Courier Express Service
Our courier service will be provided by Parcel Express ( http://www.parcelexpress.sg/) on a door to door delivery basis. Parcel can be delivered within 1 working day latest 2 working days at an additional cost of $5 regardless of parcel size. 

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide. All international orders will be shipped via our local post office, Singapore Post (https://www.singpost.com) We offer complimentary standard shipping to Malaysia. It takes 10-14 working days for the package to arrive.

Exchange Policy

For defective items, please send an email to us with detailed photos of the defect area/s within 1 week from receiving the parcel. We will review it n a case by case basis. If defects is valid, you can mail it back to us within 7 working days; we will do an immediate exchange once we have received the parcel.

Do give us 2-3 working days to process the exchange procedure once a request is made. 

The cost of mailing back will be bear by us and a picture of the parcel stamped before sending out have to be sent to us. In the case when the item is sold and we're unable to do an exchange, we will issue an email notice crediting the amount to your next purchase or make an refund.

Neonmello reserves the right to reject any request for exchange if returned merchandise(s) do not meet our requirements or when Customer failed to provide proof of purchase.

Please take note that there might be a small difference in measurements by 0.5"-1" due to mass production. All measurements stated are approximate plus/minus. The true color of an item may also vary slightly due to strong studio lighting/inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions. The above-mentioned are not considered defect attributes and are therefore non-eligible for returns.

DO NOTE: Item must be in the original package, unworn and unwashed state in order to be acknowledged.

Sale items are not exchangeable nor refundable.

If the item doesn't fit you well or you would like to exchange for another item, we are more than willing to adhere to the exchange of item and we will do our best to cater to your request/s. The parcel has to be shipped back to us within 7 working days and shipped via registered article postage bear by the Customer.

In the event when you do not want the item, you may choose to credit the balance amount for your next purchase with us, no refund is allowed. 

 Do note that we take 2-3 working days to process the returned mail upon receiving.
