Customer Service & Operations Executive
Job Description
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, online orders, product listings, returns and general operations across Neonmello's e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Manage daily customer enquiries across Email, Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Instagram and Telegram.
- Assist with product, sizing, order, shipping and general enquiries, including handling feedback and complaints professionally.
- Follow up on outstanding enquiries and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
E-Commerce & Order Operations
- Process and fulfil daily orders across Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop and other platforms.
- Print courier waybills and coordinate with the packing team to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Manage delivery issues, inventory discrepancies, platform disputes and international orders when required.
- Create and maintain product listings, including uploading photos, descriptions, prices and measurements.
- Measure new products and ensure product information is accurate and updated across all platforms.
- Prepare and publish products for weekly launches.
Returns & Exchanges
- Manage online and retail returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Process exchanges, store credits and other approved resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records and highlight recurring product or sizing issues to the relevant team.
Retail & Operations Support
- Coordinate with the retail team on returns, stock movements and operational matters.
- Prepare and manage retail staff rosters and work schedules.
- Assist with stock, inventory and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure sufficient packing manpower during peak periods.
- Support other departments and ad-hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail operations or administration is preferred.
- Comfortable using Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
- Responsible, proactive and customer-focused.
- Patient and professional when handling customer enquiries and complaints.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in fashion and e-commerce is a plus.

Retail Associate (Full / Part-time)
Literally the “human touch” in our customers’ shopping journeys, the retail associate loves to communicate and interact with our customers, assist in their buying thought processes, and provide fashion tips on which color suits them more. With a pleasant disposition and a smiling face, the retail associate will provide our walk-in customers with the best customer service experience ever!
Main responsibilities:
- Provide the best customer experience – giving fashion advice and tips, and eventually helping our customers with their buying decisions
- Assist in our product launches and events at the store
- Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed on the racks and available in all colours, sizes, and quantities
- Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment (including fitting rooms)
- Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers
- Assist in stock-taking
- Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments
- Work with team to drive store sales performance
Job requirements:
- Strong PR & communications skills
- Awesome team player as well as independent worker
- Willing to learn, work hard, and is responsible
- Prior retail experience would be a bonus
- Fluent in English
Others:
Full-timers (5.5 /6 day work week, rostered schedule)
Part-timers (a minimum of 12 hours per week, at least 6 months)
To be able to work retail hours, during weekends and public holidays (if needed)

Operations Team - Packer (Part-time)
An indispensable role in our team, the packer is hardworking and efficient. With a keen eye and meticulous nature, the packer will carefully pack the orders as per packing list and helps to arrange the parcels for dispatch.
Main responsibilities
- to facilitate dispatch of order
- To help in processing of administrative work
- To receive goods and arrange stock flow in warehouse
- To manage inventory and warehouse stocking
Job Requirements:
- Ad hoc basis, with priority availability on Mondays and Fridays, 12–6 PM if required.
- Salary wage: $9-$10/hour
- Even with no experience, we welcome you as long as you are willing to learn and able to commit
- Having communication skills is a plus point
- Meticulous and driven; to pack orders accurately.
- Able to work with a tight deadline and under stress
