Registered mail involves an additional subsidised charge of S$2.00 regardless of the number of items. Registered packages usually arrive within 1-3 working days upon dispatch of parcels, excluding public holidays. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.
In the event if you have a backorder in the order, the package will be on hold & dispatch only when all items are fulfilled. Should you wish to have the available item/s first, you may select the option from the delivery method. Do write in to us (email@example.com) if you wish to alter the shipping method.
You will receive the consignment tracking number (RA NO) after the parcel has been dispatched for the convenience of allowing you to track the status of your parcel. Should there be a failed delivery, Roadbull customer service will get in touch with you to arrange for a re-delivery.
In the event of 2 attempts of failed delivery, the parcel will be sent back to NM. For the parcel to be mailed out again, there will be an additional charge for re-delivery.
The tracking number will be RB_NMLXXXXXX (the 'X' denotes your 6 digit order number).
Do note that live tracking will only be available past midnight on the day of shipment.
**Gentle Reminder - Do make sure that someone is around to receive the package, or else the delivery would fail, and this will cause potential delay in the delivery, resulting in a re-schedule which will be 1-3 days later.
